There’s nothing like starting the day with the smell of freshly baked bread. It warms the home from the kitchen and can really be served with pretty much anything. If guests stop by, they never fail to notice the smell if loaves of bread are baking in the oven. I did deviate from the directions just a little, and I lined the baking tin with garlic powder and rosemary as well as drizzling some rosemary and extra virgin olive oil over the load before I put it in the oven to bake. The result was a delicious gluten-free rosemary loaf.
